This is a great tunic made from a structured wool blend seersucker.  The shirt has a few pleats along the neckline and has a notched collar that can be worn up or folded over.  The texture of the shirt adds to the shape and makes it flare out with pizazz, you could even wear it as a very light shirt-jacket.
