Delegan | Atlas Dress in Black

This dress is a little bit on the fancy side with a little old world flair, and it's incredibly comfortable too.  It has a fitted bodice and gathered waist with velvet buttons and trim.  The outer fabric is a shiny soft cotton sateen.  Wear it as a dress, or as a duster.  Some photos show the dress modeled with the Bluebottle belt, which is sold separately.
